OOC: ok kabuto i know you were busy and i understand that but i am making a tottally new topic so we can start this thing again

Keiji was walking around the outskirts of the Otogakure village when 3 sound ninja stopped him. "What are you doing here? Are you a spy?" said one of the ninja. "No, i came here for reasons idiots like you don't need to know" said Keiji as he unsheathed his sword a little. The 3 goons then started to laugh uncontrolably as keiji just closed his eyes. The 3 then attacked him as right when Keiji opened his eyes he had simply walked past them as all 3 of them fell down dead. Keiji then proceded into the Sound Village as he saw the activity in the streets. Sound ninja using sound weapons on dummy's, kids beating up each other, and ninja mugging shopkeeps for money. He then walked into an alley, where he was supposed to meet a sound ninja named Kabuto, to talk to him about the soon to come Oto/Konoha war. Keiji hated Konoha, especially the ninja Naruto, and even though he would be working with the second ninja he hated, Sasuke, he wanted to destroy konoha and turn it into a new village that he controlled. Keiji leaned up against a wall in the alley and sighed, seeing as this might be a long wait.
